Return Policy
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
To process your return, we require photo evidence of the issue, including clear images of the item and its packaging.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Photo evidence is required to process any claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that are not damaged or incorrect
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as all items are made to order. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us for a replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, this does not apply to custom or personalized items. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
